daughter is leaving right now!

My daughter's friend is taking her on a trip to the Halloween party at Universal. I know the party starts at 6, but was wondering if one can get in earlier like the Christmas party at Disney World? My daughter has been in school and not had time to look up any information on this party. She's never even been to Universal. Any help would be appreciated!

The only way she can get in earlier is if she has a day ticket (or AP) that was upgraded to Stay & Scream.

If she's leaving right now from South Carolina she's obviously not going until Thursday at the earliest so you have time to call her. Lachica is correct, she can get in early only if she also has a ticket for that day plus she has to be inside the park when it officially closes. They will direct her to a holding area while they clear out the park and get the houses, scare zones, etc, ready then she will get about a 30 minute head start on the people waiting outside for the HHN opening.

Barring that she will have to line up outside and wait for HHN to open. A thursday night shouldn't be too bad in either case. I do Stay and Scream all the time and I usually have to revisit the houses I got into early because the lighting and cast wasn't fully set up.
