What a great day for a birthday! DH's nephew and his wife just had a baby boy early this morning. I'm putting together a gift bag to give them. It's Dumbo-themed, of course!

My son was surrounded by girls growing up. My late father was so thrilled when I had a boy.

I was surprised when I had a boy after having 2 girls. It was such fun seeing the world through his eyes. I am blessed that I got to have girls and boys.

Now the years have flown by and I am waiting for my son to meet his son. I am so excited! Sure wish my late husband could be here for this.

I was in labor for 22 hours when they decided ds was trying to come out shoulder first, so I ended up having a c section instead. Let's hope baby decides to go ahead and come out the right way!

Thank you everyone. Robyn did a great job delivering Gage. I am so proud of her. My son did a great job too. Gage is 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long. Of course you knew I would post pictures. Here he is! My first grandson Gage.
