Dates for the start of Universal's 2025 Mardi Gras ?

Just rearranging things here and am looking for when Mari Gras starts?

Mardi Gras 2025 is March 4.

This year Universal started Mardi Gras on Feb 3, Mardi Gras itself was on Feb 13.
2023, Universal started Mardi Gras on Feb 4.
2022, Universal started Mardi Gras on Feb 5.
2021, Universal started Mardi Gras on Feb 6.
2020, Universal started Mardi Gras on Feb 1.

So first Sat in Feb is a pretty good bet, but nothing is guaranteed until Universal releases their official dates.

@CAPSLOCK is correct. I just saw an announcement from Orlando Informer and Universal that Mardi Gras 2025 is from February 1 through March 30.

Much shorter than usual it seems.

The rumor is they need the staff for Epic.

I may head down for a weekend, but I really want to wait for Epic.

Anyone who does go to Mardi Gras - I highly recommend signing up to ride a float - its a really unique experience for a theme park and a lot of fun.

I thought maybe in previous years it was tied to Easter dates (2024 was March 31, 2023 was April 9). 2025 is April 20 so I am surprised it is ending March 30.
