Date of expected sales of VGF2?

People on dvc fan are saying guides are making calls saying 2-3 more weeks. That meetings were held this week to discuss gfv

so that timeline lines up exactly with March 3

Fear of missing out and the emotion you are dealing with is how dvc sells

us humans are suckers and become impulse buyers when we think the deal is about to change

statistically your odds of a better deal for dvc as a whole increase by default of more points entering the system

but you likely won’t see this kind of deal at blt for sometime if ever. So my simple advice is this

if you like blt and can’t imagine not owning there, then that is your answer

You do have 10 days to back out of it. If you did BLT on 3/2, you have till 3/11 or 3/12 to rescind. Never sure if they count inclusive, but that might hedge your bet.

Interesting thought…. I am going to disney next week.. I’m guessing that they wont have a room to tour for VGF since sounds like it hasn’t started to renovate yet

My guide emailed me today that on March 3 they will starting offering Grand Floridian for members only.

Yes. The minimum is 25 points. We have one that size, bought direct.

RIV is 50 points and any resort is 50 points if financing with Disney. I personally think VGF2 will have a minimum of 50 points to match RIV but we shall see.

We don't know that the minimum will be 25 for VGF still. I bet it goes to 50 points like RIV.
