Today was our Animal Kingdom day. I know some people don't like this park, but I really do. I love the natural look of everything.

We headed to Kilimanjaro Safaris.

It was SO hot this day. I loved when the truck would go fast and we'd get a breeze!

We got off the safari and stopped to get the kids one of those spray fans.

Darren's parents took Brynn to the front of the park to Rainforest Cafe so she could cool off and take a nap. Chris and Darren went to ride Expedition Everest and I took Brayden to the dig site playground.

Then we headed back to Rainforest Cafe, stopping to get a popsicle on the way.

Having some fun with the hats at RFC.

Then we headed back to the hotel to rest up. We had a Extra Magic Hours and an ADR to get to that night!

That's Darren's nasty thumb! He had smashed it at work. The darn thing kept showing up in all of the pics because he's left handed lol.

I'm still here and reading! I was actually at WDW for a while, so I was absent from everyone's TR. It's taken me forever to catch up it feels like.

OMG, I know exactly what you're talking about regarding the Disney honey mustard! I thought the same thing. The stuff they have now is just nasty. I can't stand it. It's not the same.

I love all the pics. Your camera is so nice. My cousin just got back from Disney and posted like 300 pics on FB and they were all just....bad.

Haha I know who this cousin is and I know why they were bad. She's not a fart smeller any how. Why would she take the time to focus the pictures or let anyone pose I wish I could see the pictures!

Sunday. September 25th. Part 2.

When we left Animal Kingdom, we headed back to the room for a bit. Darren, Chris, and Darren's dad wanted to go eat at ESPN. Darren's mom decided to stay in the room and keep the kids so we could go.

Well, we get there and the line is super long, stretching out the door at least 10 people deep. We waited for awhile, didn't move an inch, didn't even get our name asked! So we just left and went back to the hotel to eat in the food court.

We took a nap, then it was time for our Ohana ADR!

I must say, I was a bit disappointed with Ohana. The chicken was good but I think it was the pork? NASTY! it tasted like black licorice. The atmosphere wasn't what I was expecting either.

It could be that Brynn was in a very bad mood. I ended up leaving the table and walking her around the gift shop in the stroller. I bought some Advil for her and she was feeling better in no time.

Good thing too, because it was time for Magic Kingdom extra magic hours!!

Wishes was just starting when we got there.

The kids LOVED it!!

We headed to Splash Mountain and everybody else rode while I waited with the kids in a gift shop.

Then we headed to Fantasyland for the kids to have a little fun. We went on their favorite ride, of course.

Then we went to Tomorrowland Speedway. This is one thing I've never done. Brayden loves cars and go carts so I knew he'd love it. He got in a car with me and Darren got in one right behind us.

Love the hands in the pocket while we wait in line haha.

Brayden loved it! We hopped on the TTA afterwards to catch a nice breeze.

It was getting pretty late, so we headed to the front of the park.

Somebody didn't want to leave...

We got back to our room, took showers, then went to sleep!

I think it was just a bad night for us. Nobody was really in a good mood. The food was good besides the pork, but that's just my opinion. I really love the atmosphere at the Poly. Maybe we need to try Ohana for breakfast next time
