DAS return time during EMH?

I wasn’t sure if they were like FP or not. If we’re in a park for early magic hours will they issue a return time during the first hour? I would expect the actual return time to be after the first hour but was hoping we could at least get a return time issued soon after getting in the park. Thanks!

I have had no problem getting return times during EMH ( beside buz and EE
