What time did you try to apply to Das (using the new requirements) and how long did it take to be connected? Also, how long was your interview?

Recent reports for WDW seem to indicate generally short waits (less than 30 minutes, sometimes as short as 5-10). The length of the call seems to depend somewhat on your needs and how well you have prepared your request. If the CM wants more info, it will take longer for back-and-forth vs if you had included that level of detail in the initial statement.

I started the chat last week at 1pm PST and was connected immediately. No wait at all. My actual interview was less than 10 min but than the CM talked for another 10 min just giving info on how to use DAS which I already knew but I didn't want to interrupt her.

I did it about 40 days ago at 10:00 am on a weekend day... took me about 30 minutes to be connected, actual call took maybe 15 minutes (approved- no medical professional on the call).

My best friend did it today around mid-afternoon- took over an hour to be connected, and then her call was close to an hour. They DID call the medical professional in for her and she was ultimately approved as well.

I just did it for my daughter for Disney World.
I got a text message from the CM within a minute and after sending her some information (names, date of visit), etc. She sent the Zoom video invitation within 10 minutes of me getting connected to the text chat.
The video portion was less than 10 minutes. Daughter was approved, no health professional

Trying today first time. Was on over an hour this morning around 11, had to hang up. Trying again now at 3 pm, can do another hour, hopefully get connected soon. This is first time I’ve ever done a video call (yes I’m a fossil!) hoping it goes smoothly. My son has alot if needs so I don’t get much uninterrupted time to sit in front of computer. I wish they had a thing where you could see where you are in queue ** Edited to add: waited about hour and 10 minutes, was asked a series of questions about my son, then he was asked to come down for his picture after he was approved. I was very proud of him ... he freaked out a bit but did so much better than I thought he would. And the video call went smoothly, I was nervous that the zoom software wouldnt be compatible with my laptop
