DAS Questions regarding who is riding?

Just an fyi, this past week we had a terrible time with DASs not falling off our bands and not being cancelled at midnight. CMs at rides could not cancel and everything had to be redone at GS several times.

if this happens and the ride CM tells you to go to GR go to the nearest FP kiosk and look for the GR CM they wear the plaid tell them what is going on and make sure they know you do not need a DAS card but are having problems with it. they should be able to fix it there

thank you for this reminder, we did this and it did provide temporary fix. But it still required more

Yes there are times you do have to go to GR I have some extra FP and those were being taken first i had to go to GR to get it fixed since they had to email someone
