Can you use a DAS pass for shows like The Festival of the Lion King to help eliminate waiting in line between showings?

As of June, only if the show you are trying to go to is full, then they will give you a return time for the next show, which you will then use the FP queue for since you already waited.

We have used DAS in the past for shows, but when we were at WDW June 2021, they were no using it for either Festival of the Lion King or the Frozen Sing-along. The CMs told us it was because neither show was going to be full and the wheelchair spots were not filled. If they had been, we would have gotten a return time for the next show.

We used DAS in the past for multiple shows. The Return Times for shows were different than for rides. The ride Return Times have a beginning time, but remain active that day until used or cancelled. Return Times for shows have a begin time and an end time - they are for a specific show time.
