DAS and larger party of 8

It is my understanding with the new DAS system, DAS holder would be able to add all other 7 people in the party but can only get DAS selections for DAS holder and 3 of them. Is this correct?

That depends. What is the relationship of all 7 to the DAS-holder and are they minors or adults? A family of 6 young children and 2 parents would most likely be given an exception to include all 8. Mostly teens/adults may be allowed to list all 8 but need to choose only 3+DAS holder for each attraction. Two separate families - expect only the DAS-holder’s immediate family to be included.

Next summer our group will be 2 Grandmothers, 3 granddaughters ages 8, 10, 12. Would we be able to go together, or will one of the adults have to be left out? The DAS holder would be the 12 yr old. I guess we will see how it shakes out this year with the changes

My son did qualify for the DAS pass. We were told only 3 people in our party would be allowed to be included when he uses a DAS pass.

They might possibly make an exception and include all 5 of you. But if they don’t, don’t think of it as being left out, think of it as switching out, with some nice downtime for each grandma as they take turns riding with the grandkids.
