DAS Advance Planning Question

Hello, I registered for the DAS for the first time a few days ago via video call with Disney. However I wasn't prepared to make the Advance ride selections yet. I went on today and clicked the request live chat button but the chat box that popped up was the one I was using with the CM a few days ago. No other box comes up. I'm not sure what is supposed to happen? Or what I'm to do?

Reply to the box and it should refresh the chat over again asking if you need to register or make selections.
