Darth Vader voice changer?

DOes anyone have this? I just got it for my son for Halloween and the two pieces don't stay together. It has a little plastic clip thing but it doesn't seem to hold. Is this a fluke or are they all like this?

Ours stays together, but you really have to give it an extra hard "click" to make sure. If not, the top part will slide off. It can be finicky to get right, but once it clicks it does stay.

By the way, my son wants to be Darth Vader too!

My son saved up his money and bought this. His is like that, you have to make sure it clicks or it won't stay. He too is being Darth Vader.

I wasn't that impressed with it, it really doesn't sound like Darth Vader. He tries to lower his voice when he talks with it and is really convinced he sounds just like him. Kids are funny.

I just returned it and got another one. This one locks.
Don't the kids look so funny in! My son is very thin and this big head and shoulders makes him look like that guy in the movie I think space balls or something like that. The spoof of Starwars...too cute!

Has anyone seen the Hallmark ornament with Vader telling Luke about his interesting family tree? I swear I'm going to get it just to drive my DD9 crazy, as I use that line on her all the time
