I got my first email from Disney Destinations in quite awhile.
They got my hopes up, then crushed them.

My gift was a "downloadable keepsake", whatever that is.

Thanks, but can you just send me a FREE DINING PIN next time please?

I didnt know that free dining pins existed! A similar thing happened to me....I was sent a pin code for dates that I can't go because of work!

I lucked up and got an email from them with a PIN for 20% off room rate for July! When I called the rep said it was the first time he had seen that Pin.

that's better than mine! Mine was just a "here is what you're missing" with a bunch of info on DW.

I was so excited to see that Disney Destinations email. Such an Epic let down.

All I've got to say is to try calling and talking to a reservationist- you might have a PIN code that you did not even know about. I just did- and had 35% off the room! Call !!!!

Whenever I have gotten the snow globe some kind of pin code always followed within the next couple days. I would call them and check! If nothing today, try in a couple of days. They usually ask on that snow globe what month you think you will visit, then the pin code corresponds to that-in my case anyway.

I would feel crushed too. I'm tired of playing the waiting game for discounts from Disney . I know WDW is a business and we aren't entitled to discounts, etc. but the reality for my family and many families out there is that a Disney vacation that involves staying onsite is not affordable without a nice promotional discount.

Oh yes, that delicious interactive snow globe. I stalk my inbox and mailbox like it's my job for a Disney email. So far, nothing at all, so I'd have the same response!
