yes, but what makes absolutely no sense, is that we cant say esplanade or dungeon. I mean, just name the area rats maze. After all, we can say that.

Hence another reason for Disney to create an adult-themed VMK for Adult people without the incovenience of a dictionary. Just censor the thirteen words that we really shouldn't be using, and everyone will be happy.

lol I did go send in a request to the dictionary for the word ball.I used the example of beach volley ball that people are doing with their spider webs.

That would be nice. Some of the words we can't say are ridiculous. If we didn't "dance" around the dictionary, we couldn't say a thing! I understand if someone is "dancing" to try and say their location or age, or something dirty, but sometimes we adults have things to say that are NOT bad, and just get stuck.

On a side note regarding "adult only" game....something funny happened tonight. I was hanging out in qruthie's room and we were in mid-conversation when a kid wandered in. Ruthie was saying something about her kids and the girl said "you have kids?" ruthie said "yes" and the girl said "in real life"? I was LOL but did not type it, i wanted to say something funny but restrained myself. Then she asked what adults were doing playing a kids game. We told her lots of adults or in VMK terms, "not kids" play VMK. Just like "not kids" enjoy Disney Parks! She left the room without a word. Boy, she sure made us adults feel unwelcome! LOL. I thought it was funny. Especially when she followed qruthie to the Surf Spot later. Talk about hanging out with lots of adults!

The dictionary is a joke and most of those kids it is meant to protect know more ways around it than some of us adults. However if you want "protection" just start taking screen shots of VMK_? conversations. I have not seen or had one yet that didn't involve some dancing on their part.

Note: I am not saying it is OK to dance, just that EVERYBODY is doing it and most of the time with entirely innocent intentions.

Lol im 13. And i dont use the sick version of "ball" VMK is coll and I think its ok that adults could play, but the game is really meant for 8-14 yr olds, not nessicarlly adults, but Im cool with it.

I was always really worried about going around the dictionary and getting in trouble but it is really difficult to talk without doing that. I try not to give out personal info or talk about anything too on the line. I have too many credits to get banned and have to star all over again lol!

Ball isn't in the dictionary and never will be unless VMK loosens up. They took away Pink I was in the room when someone asked Yavn about it and he said it was being missued. Come on! Kids are going to find a way.

I have seen some very creative swearing in VMK!

and I agree- most of the kids dance around the dictionary far better than we adults- I have enough trouble finding words that are in the dictionary (not banned just there in the first place sometimes) and I swear the number one gets me all the time...

I think that the dictionary is ridiculous. At first I agreed with it but it has gotten too far. I guess they don't want us to talk anymore because ultamitly that is what it will lead to. People can take things from any words and change the meaning of it, limiting the dictionary does nothing but upset kids. People "danced" around the dictionary to be albe to talk. If vmk wants to be completely safe why give the ability to talk in the first place. I think the biggest problem of vmk is not the "crashing" or the slowness of it sometimes, but its way of making it "safe". Any online game isn't going to be the safest thing and people know that. What makes the dictionary worse is that they take out words that are so random. They allow "Holden" to be said, but do not allow "Winnie the Pooh". My question is why allow a human name and not a Disney name? Isn't this a Disney game? I don't know, but IMHO the dictionary is a major down fall for vmk.

I can think like a kid with a dirty mind sometimes, and I can see how certain words like "big" and "ball" can be used in a bad way by sneaky gutter-minded kids. But Pink? Winnie the Pooh? Come on, now VMK!!! Maybe they don't want us to say "pooh". But you CAN say "do do". LOL

My thing came up so I got off.

I was trying to say my number had come up on the random number generator and therefore I lost the game so I got off of the crate I was standing on. But I must say that even in the context of the game being played in the room it looked perverse.

Oh, I made a lovely beach volley ball court before I checked to see if those words were allowed. Stupid me. So try to explain an imaginary game of volley ball when you cant say ball or net. "Toss a globe over the wall divider" is just too convoluted. I ended up calling my game "Bad mint in".

Okay, tomorrow is the real test. I'll try to create a mule named FunnyUncle.
