Darn..staying at Disney another day :)

With the impending storm in the Northeast, Southwest said we can change our flight from Sat to Sun at no penalty. Disney said we can have our room at the AP rate of $49 for another night. The rental car is rented through Sunday morning..so YIPPEE..we get to stay one more night!!

Seriously, that is WONDERFUL that you were able to change your plans and not have to deal with the weather back home.

Oh, you poor thing! You must be miserable! Not. That storm moving to the east, just dumped a bucketful on those of us in Minnesota yesterday. So, just think of me shoveling as you are screaming your head off on wild rides at the most magical place on earth. Not that I am trying to make you feel guilty or anything.

It's 11º outside, they're calling for 10"-14" by Sunday morning and the grocery store shelves are empty here. But hey, that's nothing compared to what YOU have to suffer thru!

I'm hoping we are north enough flying into Albany to have it finished and cleared some by 2:45..at least that's what the weather channel said...that in our area it would stop in the early am. But they have been wrong before. I just hope we know before we check out..cause I'll stay another day, if I have to

Congrats! We got 2 extra days out of our Sept. 2003 trip to Myrtle Beah because of a hurricane that hit north of us all the way to home. It's amazing how enjoyable and carefree an extra day or so can be. ENJOY!

Same thing happened to us. We were supposed to fly out this a.m to Buf thru Baltimore because we weren't sure what weather waas going to do and didn't want to get stranded at the airport we rebooked for Monday afternoon!!!! Also got the $49 rate...where are you staying? I just hate when this happens!!
