Dapper Day tickets

I feel like such an idiot...can someone please help me make sure I understand the "twilight" convention ticket offered the Dapper Day website? It says you can go in after 4 PM or up to 4 hours before the closing of DL, whichever is earlier? This seems to imply that you HAVE to go around 4. (because it is earlier than 4 hours before the closing time of 12 AM) What am I not getting here??

I read it as a partial day ticket...so you can't go into the parks until 4 pm (or 4 hours prior to park closing, which would be 8 pm), whichever is EARLIER...so you can get in at 4 pm.
It's so people can just go that evening if they want, and pay a little less since they aren't going the whole day...kind of like Halloween Party tickets, etc.
