How scary!
When did this happen?? I live in Washington County MISSISSIPPI and my husband does all of the local alerts, weather etc. Well the other morning at like 2:00a.m. I heard his voice announce a CIVIL ALERT and it was something like this.
I asked him the next day what it was and he said that the wires had read Washington County and had in confused with somewhere else so I'm wondering if this is what it was.
