Dane and I took the boys to the Monster Jam last nite and we had such a great time....It was very nice to get out of the house and did I mention that all the foster kids were gone for overnigt visits.....sooooo It was just us, well, I invited my dad and my nephew BUT STILL...We didnt have to drag out 6 kids!! It was fun!

Here is Javen and my nephew (Chad) meeting the supercross guys... Javen is the one with the mohawk-- Like that wasnt a givin- right LOL!

Here they are by the dirt bikes....The riders REALLY loved Javens hair and HIGH FIVED him for it!

Check out the mohawk on this kid! Everyone kept saying "oh, look how cute that kids hair is" and " I wish My kid would let his hair grow out like that"...It was hilarious!

All and all it was a great time and was well worth the money....Next family ONLY adventure will be MAY DAY in Indianapolis, 3 doors down, seether, theory of a dead man, atreyu, and finger eleven will al be performing-- The boys are super Stoked to go to there first REAL concert!!

Thanks jennifer I did it with Got 2 B GLUE, and My hair streightner...It was alot of fun...He actually let me sit and mess with it for awhile- most kids wouldnt sit that long.

thanks-- I am okay with the color but I get bored very easily and change it alot!
My favorite hair color was in this picture below, It was taken on Febuary 1st at the Matcbox Twenty concert in Chicago. Not sure why I went and messed with the color cause I did really like that color- it was "fun".....Oh now I remember it was cause I have dark roots and got sick of them stickin out like a sore thumb.

The baskets were actually done pretty cheap this year-- we usuially go all out and have Nintendo games, movies etc in them, but we were kinda short on cash this year, however WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY THIS YEAR...so Happy Easter, Birthday and Christmas to my kids LMAO!!!

I just foud out about Bakugon (or whatever it called) a few days ago. I got 4 at Wal Mart for Bens basket It seems to be very new because the guy at the store said they only had a few things og it in, I think I`m in for the long haul on this thing.. we`ve been through Pokemon,yugi oh, and back,,

The Monster truck show was pretty fun and Javen LOVES dirt bikes so he was totally into it!
The bakugun are weird if you ask me-- Luckily my kids have not been into pokemon too much (other than collecting cards), so this is all new to me too.

I agree! Those bought baskets are Jank! They make them look like there a ton of stuff in them but theres NOT....I always had homemadde baskets as a kid so it was always just natural to me to make my own.

Oh Grave digger is cool-- sad he wasnt there, we had BONE CRUSHER tho We did have fun and I am going too try to plan something like that each weekend since its the only time we DO NOT have foster kids...I think It is important for us to do something together just as a family when we can. Maybe not a truck show but a movie or the kids fun center or a park-- somethin!

Yep, you're all strange out there in the midwest! I like Jason Castro more because I've fallen in love with his eyes. But David Cook is so freakin' talented that he could definitely win this. He keeps blowing me away!
