Dancing with the Beast (but still loving Baymax) TR 5/31-6/7/15 COMPLETE!!!(UPDATED 7/20)

Before your daughter went to bibbity bobbity boo, she had an adorable blue Cinderella sundress on. I'd love to find something similar for my daughter, if you wouldn't mind telling me where you got it.

Thanks, I really like the way this one turned out! I bought all of the custom clothes from different sellers on Etsy. This seller was easy to work with, very quick and it fit beautifully. It was actually a top and shorts but so ruffly it did look like a sundress! I think it was just perfect for our early morning in MK!

I love love love the pictures of your daughter dancing with the Beast. I'm going to try and get my daughter to ask the Beast to dance...if she's not too scared that is.

It took my DD a little while to warm up, especially after my niece reacted so poorly to his presence and got DD all worried. He was so very friendly while I was holding her that she realized dancing with him would be a breeze. However, note how very big he is in person and warn your DD accordingly!

Possibly the cutest trip report ever! Thanks for sharing. I love all the pictures. And what lucky little girls to have such a generous grandma to treat them to BBB, CRT, and the Tea Party. WOW! I'm hoping to bring my mom along with us on next year's trip. I know she won't be up for walking around the parks with us, but I'm thinking she might be able to do the Tea Party if we stay at the GF. It's so pricey, though... Did you think it was worth it?

Well, thanks for the compliment and I'm glad you're following along!
Gran really did treat them like royalty for the entire week and I joked that she blew all of my inheritance! (but SOOOOO worth it!)
Regarding your Mom, don't underestimate getting her the ECV and letting her just scoot along with you in the parks, all she has to do is sit!
Getting to the tea party at GF was such an easy ride over on the monorail. It is indeed VERY pricey but WOW WOW WOW, it is so worth it if it's affordable for your family! The amount of time with Rose Petal and Princess Aurora is fantastic and the experience is so small and intimate. I cannot recommend it enough!!!

Great trip report! Looking forward to hearing the rest. I'm planning my trip for next fall and this definitely helps with ideas. My kids will be 5 (son) and 4 (daughter) when we go on our first Disney trip.

I'm so glad you're here and following along! Enjoy the planning, I miss it already :(

I'm also glad you mentioned that about Elsa being cool and aloof. She was like that during our last trip, but I just assumed it was because it was getting late and she was sick of the never-ending line. Duh! I don't know why it never dawned on me that she was just being in character! I just assumed all of the princesses were warm and nurturing. LOL!

Thanks! I think picking out the outfits may have been half the fun for me!!!

Same for me, too... I have b/g twins, and my poor, sweet boy draws the short stick. But nothing beats shopping for princess clothes and she'll only be little once :)

Love the report and cute clothes! I am brainstorming ideas for our next trip so I always enjoy seeing other customs.

Can you please let me know where you bought the personalized ruffle Minnie dress? Like the one your daughter is wearing at Animal Kingdom and the purple Cinderella carriage dress. They are super cute and look like nice light comfy dresses to wear in the parks. Thanks a bunch!

Wow you guys really rocked out MK! What a day. I love that you and your DD got some alone time at the end of the day, although too bad your DH got sick. Getting sick at WDW is such a bummer.

You got some really great Photopass pictures too :)

loving your trip report! Making me so excited for our trip in January!

Have fun, January temperatures will be refreshing!

Love your snow white shirt!!

Thanks, I got to wear it on the Disney Wonder in 2013 and again at WDW this June!

I had read some comments to this effect prior to going to WDW and I thankfully remembered what was going on during the M&G. I explained it to my SIL who was a little surprised at Elsa's attitude!

Girl clothes= HEAVEN

Love the report and cute clothes! I am brainstorming ideas for our next trip so I always enjoy seeing other customs.

I also love checking out everyone else's customs to get ideas or just plain STEAL THEM!

Here is Jenn's shopfront on Etsy. I bought both the Zebra Minnie dress and the purple carriage from her. She's great to work with and those dresses absolutely were cool and comfy!

Thanks, that unexpected evening was pure magic! It even got me wondering about a Mommy-Daughter only weekend trip sometime...

This whole trip report is adorable, and proof that as much as disers/people might complain about the prices at wdw, these magical moments are actually so priceless.:lovestruc:lovestruc
