Great post about AK day! Sorry about your meds. doing that to you. I have a pill that I take that will give me a "sauna" like effect if I don't take it with enough water.

I love the pic with FLIK, I didn't realize he was a character that would come out for pictures! Shows how much I know.

UGH on the heartburn. I cannot. Will not. Take pills of any sort, including vitamins, in the morning on an empty stomach.

So I boycott them all, all hours of the day. I cannot stand taking anything! That is just the worst worst worst feeling of it getting stuck. And then everything just kind of, ugh, sitting there. I actually just had a conversation with my doc about this as I really don't want to take vitamins for this reason. I am so sorry you felt so icky!

I have the same reaction to Rolaids or Tums. A necessary evil at times but really hard to get down.

Ok so is there a reason you are holding your vera in all the pictures instead of wearing it? Just curious.....

the weather was nice, it had rained a little durring the early morning, but it was clear by the time we got there.

On our first trip I took pictures of EVERYThING, mostly because it was new and I was so excited and amazed by everything. The following trips we took a lot because the kids were with us and they love to take turns being the photographer. So this time it was nice to just enjoy
