So anyone else here a dancer?
I've seen some sigs with dance pictures so I was just wondering.

Well this year I am only taking tap and lyrics because I am still recovering from a knee injury.
What I had planned on taking were tap, jazz, ballet, competition, pointe, and lyrical.

I love being in company....Im not really thAT good compared to all of my friends...oh i forgot to add competition and pointe...sorry..and I hope your knee feels better that stinks...dancers get injured very often...my friend busted her chin because she fell out of a lift...lovely. dance is pain my friend...lol...well..talk to you later!

Do you already have the dance planned?

My friend also did busted her chin and her teeth want threw her lips. She did it while so was doing ponche (sp?)

I used to dance. I dropped out because I also went to a company. It started to get too competitive, and dance was never a passion for me. Music is my passion.

I love to dance!! I was in ballet when I was 5 but then I quit. I really regret that decision. I started it again last year. I'm in ballet, tap, and jazz. Someday though I hope to be in pointe and in company. I actually just got home from my dance performence. It was called the "Spooky Ballet". It is through my dance studio.

It's called La Cueca. It's for a project. I have never danced before in my life. Wish me luck!

I dance! I took lessons for 14 years... My favorite is tap, but I also took(I'm not taking classes this year because of college auditions among other reasons) jazz, ballet, pointe, lyrical, and hiphop..

I'm not the right type to ever consider a company - my dance related dreams are to choreograph a professional musical and/or be in one(as a chorus member or as a lead ^__^)

ouch. it's spelled penche i think... and ya that would hurt. i was doing a penche and my back leg slipped out and i almost fell on my face...it was lovely...lol...ttyl

this is my 10th year of dance.

i take tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, modern, and hip hop. i have been on "jr. lines" (middle school 'company' at my studio...pretty much).

i LOVE dance!

so then in 3rd grade i tried out for a visual and performing arts school (for dance of course) and i go there this year and next year...so i get to dance everyday DURING school for between an hour and an hour and a half a day. its pretty sweet!

I take dance. I've been taking it for 12 years. I do tap, jazz, ballet, and some hip hop. I like hip hop, I just don't think I'm that good. I like the classic stuff.

I'm a dancer!! This is my 9th year dancing - jazz mostly. I quit ballet and I've never been good at tap. I've been competing with the studio's competition team regionally for 4 years. I made the varsity dance team at the end of 8th grade going into freshman year at my high school. The past 3 years we've won 1st place and superior trophies @ UDA camp, and this year we're finally going to NATIONALS!!!!!!!!! Sooooo excited!!

I use to dance. For about 6 years.
I quit though, but I use to do ballet, tap, and jazz.
I use to be on a compitition(sp?) team and we'd go to places and dance and.. yay.
