damaged merchandise

we just got back from our trip and my 12 year old made some purchases on her own. sometimes she ends up buying something that is coming apart or damaged. this one pin - mickey as indiana jones...the plastic whip which was glued into the pin has come away and fallen off. she loves the pin and would like it replaced. how can i do this? i have heard that park merchandise may be able to be replaced by calling delivears and i notice the phone # is on the receipt. but will they do this if we live in canada?

If that is not possible, you can see if that pin is available via an E-Bay seller, there are many pins for sale, there,and for less from what DL charges, and the shipping can be fair as well.

It is always worth a try! When my daughter was 4 (many years ago) she got car sick coming home from the airport on our way back from DL and got sick all over her new Minnie doll! I called to inquire how to get a replacement - I was willing to pay - and they sent me one for free! That is the Disney service I love!
