Damaged disneyshopping.com item

Has anyone ever received a damaged item from disneyshopping? I ordered the Mickey wreath and one of the ornaments was broken. The old me would have just dealt with it being that I got it on sale but the "new" me doesn't want to just settle. I e-mailed them but haven't heard back. Will they pay for me to ship the item back? Their return policy states that they do not pay for return shipping but I am hoping that damaged items are an exception.

I'm sure they will pay for return shipping since the item is damaged. I ordered a swimsuit for DD from them a couple of months ago. When I ordered it, the screen said the suit was a size 7 (DD wears a 6x or a 7). When I got the suit, it was a 7/8 and it was huge! I sent them an email telling them that they need to make sure they list the sizes correctly on their website since I never would have ordered the suit if I had known it was a 7/8. They sent me a prepaid label to return the suit to them. Good luck!

I purchased last year the model of Mr Toads WIld Ride Vehicle, when i came on of it's wheels was shattered, seeing's
I'm halfway across the world, i emailed them about it and they emailed back within a week, asking for photo's,

i took several of the item, and the box it came in where the broken wheel was still stuck in the Styrofoam
They Emailed back, apologizing, and sent me a new one within a week, they never asked for the damaged one back,

I Still have it sitting in a box to this day, they were fantastic about it all.:wizard:

Call them! I buy from them all the time-much to my husbands dismay. A few times I received a damaged or defective item and I called and they requested a replacement for me. Only once did they ask for the return-and they made it that when the replacement came, the carrier asked for the return box and they took care of the return postage. ;)
 

Ive also had great luck with them. I have had a few things that were damaged or wrong and they have always replaced them without any questions. They have also never asked me to ship the item back.

A few years ago I ordered a Mickey Mouse watch for DH for Fathers day and the inscription was supposed to read We love U Dad. Instead they inscribed it Love Dad! They rush ordered me a new one with the correct inscription and told me to keep the one that was wrong.
