Has anyone ever received a damaged item from disneyshopping? I ordered the Mickey wreath and one of the ornaments was broken. The old me would have just dealt with it being that I got it on sale but the "new" me doesn't want to just settle. I e-mailed them but haven't heard back. Will they pay for me to ship the item back? Their return policy states that they do not pay for return shipping but I am hoping that damaged items are an exception.

I purchased last year the model of Mr Toads WIld Ride Vehicle, when i came on of it's wheels was shattered, seeing's
I'm halfway across the world, i emailed them about it and they emailed back within a week, asking for photo's,
i took several of the item, and the box it came in where the broken wheel was still stuck in the Styrofoam
They Emailed back, apologizing, and sent me a new one within a week, they never asked for the damaged one back,
I Still have it sitting in a box to this day, they were fantastic about it all.
