Dalmation Shirt DISign

My 4yo daughter and I will be flying to Disney this July and I would like to create t-shirts for the 2 of us to wear during our flight.

Can someone help me with a Dalmation design?

I would really like to have Perdita with my name on her dog tag "Kim" and a dalmation puppy with a pink collar with "Mackenzie" on the dog tag

Underneath the picture if we can include Walt Disney World July 2011 in a disney font I would really appreciate it.

Everyone is soooo creative on these boards and any help would be welcomed more than I can express.
