Dairy Farmers Wife IS going to Disney in March/April!

With Air tran do you have to pay to pick your seats? I have looked up some March dates and they are about 300 cheaper or more than flying out of Toledo.

Yes on Airtan you pay $6.00 for seats starting on seat 17 on back :-)

We fly on Airtran, and we've always just gotten our seat right then. I don't recall any charges for that. I know it's not a free for all. Airtran charges for checked bags,$15.00. Did you know that Airtran has been bought by Southwest?

I think it's 20 each way now.

So when picking a seat do you do it after you book the flight? Who gets the first 16 rows? LOL!

When it comes to where you pick your flight time, the next screen you will pick your seats....The ones up front cost anywhere from 24.00 each or 13.00 then seats starting with 17 those are 6.00 each.
and Airtran you pay 15.00 each for luggage. carry on's are free.

I like seat 17 or 27
when you go to pick your seats if you put your mouse over the seat it will tell you how much it is.

Jen-
Claire is adorable in her costume. She looks so much older than the other kids. How cute that they all decided to be Cinderella! Juliana would of fit right in with them! :goodvibes:goodvibes princess:princess:

The school Halloween pictures are great. It's so sweet that the girls got together and decided to all be Cinderella.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully we will be going the 1st week of March (arrive around the 2nd) We've talked a bit, but nothing is set yet.

Hey! Jen
sorry haven't been around much lately...
sorry to hear you CX your Dec trip; but, March is a great time of the year here in the south. We have done April and it was great so I'm sure March would be even better!

The girls in their Cindrella dresses were too cute and not one of the dresses were the same.

We've gone 3 times in March, so we know it should be great. Just wish we could see the holiday decorations.
We'll have fun no matter when we go though.

I got a brilliant idea!! You can stay away with us in December and I will come jump in your luggage in March!! I think that sounds like a great plan!! :rotfl:

Kind of bummed a bit today...but still had a great day.

I had ordered Disney world shirts when Skip had said yes. It was before the Dr's visit, but when he had said we would go, as long as it came out OK....yes I jumped the gun.
Anyways I had went on Vistaprint and uploaded a 2010 design that Time (thatsnice) had emailed me quite awhile ago. The design is super cute and my origional plan was to do iron ons. I had a link though inboxdollars ( a rewards type program) to get $5 back if you ordered a shirt, so I made 2. The cost after the $5 back for the 2 shirts was only $12.13 including shipping). I figured I couldn't buy the stuff to make it for cheaper and then they would be kind of nicer since they didn't have the iron thing to them.
They arived today. And are really cute. Unfortunately they won't be worn at Disney in 2010!

Today I did some shopping though, and it was kind of fun.
I went this morning after dropping Claire off at school. Got some basics at Walmart and Target and went over to the mall. I picked up some giftcards for Disney at the Disney store. Also got a cute outfit from Gymboree for Claire, and a new winter coat for everyday use...only $18.00!
I then went home and planned to take a nap, but when I went to set my alarm to be sure I got up in time to get Claire, the dang button broke on the alarm clock! No nap!
So I paid bills online and then went to pick up Claire. Since I needed a new alarm clock ASAP, we stopped back at Walmart and got one.
We also recently got a $10 rewards card from build a bear, and Claire had wanted to get the Clarice reindeer, so back to the mall for that, since we were in town again. As wwe were pulling into the mall, I spotted my mom walking out. I stopped and talked to her and asked why she wasn't at work. She said she had been feeling blah, and had to pick up a birthday gift for her boss, so she went to get that and was going to head home. I told her what we were doing and she joined us in shopping. She bought Claire's reindeer a new outfit. Then we went to JC Penneys to look for a Christmas dress for Claire. I liked one and she liked another. I bought the one I liked for Claire to be her birthday dress. She bought the other for her Christmas dress. She also bought her a cute black sweater than can be worn with both dress. Then I spotted s cute sweater for Paige, so I bought that for her for X-mas, while my mom took Claire to the shoe store. She insisted she needed new black shoes to go with the dresses. Who am I to argue. LOL! So I met them in the shoe store, and mom also bought her some snow boots. Then we got a bite to eat. So it was kind of a fun, do nothing, kind of day.

Okay, I'm holding my thumbs for March!!!:thumbsup2

I need to get Kadence a christmas dress. I didn't even know they were out yet! I will have to go shopping by myself, cuz DH is good with getting what is needed, but really bulks at new shoes every year when Kadence gets a new dress. I mean come on, the shoes have to match right!?! Also she like grows out of them too DUH!:lmao:

Not all stores had them, but most did. I love the brand "Cinderella". I know a few places sell them, but I usually buy mine at Pnney's because they usually have the best sale. Thes are long and fluffy looking. Kind of formal, but Claire adores them. I'll have to take some pictures.

:cool1:everyone needs a day like you, it is always nice when you can leave and go shopping:cool1: us girls like that.
:love:I to did some shopping online at disney store:love: I got my 2010 mug and 2010 pin...I forgot to get those when I was down there this past summer.

Sounds like you had a good shopping day. Sometimes you need a little retail therapy to perk you up! :lmao:
