Up late last night but slept in to 8:30 am
Hit jacuzzi
eggs benedict made by DH on the balcony - These are the memories I need to remember when I return to all that white stuff back home.
sunblocked up
hang out with DD while she rest
bring Mom lunch to her cabana
soak up some vitamin D
cook dinner - chicken cordon bleu

lazy day planned here...almost 8:30 megan's still sleeping just finished up checking all my threads so off to make another cup of coffee and then do some scrapping today and watching the oscars tonight!

Good Morning!

Dad is still in the hospital- they have to get rid of his fever and up his white blood cell count before he gets out so I may be spending some time there next week. I am going up to stay with him for a week on Tuesday.

Today:
service- done
lunch- corndogs and homemade soup
relax
Lipenzaner Stallion show
dinner- at the show
finish surprise swap stuff

Rebecca - I will continue to remember your father in my prayers.
We did have the white stuff last night, but after snowblowing, the driveway is back to black-top. How far away is spring????? Supposed to rain in the high 40's tomorrow - in fact, except for Tues, most of the week is in the 40's.
Have my school work finished, ready to watch the Oscars tonight.

Rebecca, how were the Lipizzaner Stallions? Aren't they amazing? MomE took me to see them when I was a child, very impressive.

Caroline, I hope all that 40 degree weather melts the glaciers in my yard.

They were amazing. i went to the show last year as well. there winter home is here in Myakka so we can actually go and watch them practice for free on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays but today was a full dress performance which we only get 1 time a year here- for the fundraiser. You can always plan to come over during a winter Florida trip and see them.

An update on dad- he is in a hospital room and they think he will be there until Thursday- they want his white blood cell count up before he comes home- the anemia seems to be about gone and he is eating instead of being too weak. Also the infection is going away quickly as well since they gave him antibotics.
