Happy Shopping day. Hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday.

Hope all are safely home from the madness and sleeping off the excursions. I should be sleeping and can't. Tom's off to a job (take them when we can get it this time of year) and the boys are hanging out here with me.

Todays list
nap (hopefully later)
flip last of boys laundry
start my laundry
finish scrap un packing from last weekend (only a couple of things left)
unpack joanns stuff from this am
spot clean the craft room/office

Hope you all are still enjoying the college kids home. And it was nice to see a few of our MIA's on the thanksgiving thread.

I am enjoying the blessings of a quiet house! DH and DS are working, got a text from Julia that they had returned from shopping at 7:30 am and were going to sleep. She will call when she wakes up.

Did a little online shopping this morning.
Still need to pay bills
after that who knows

woke up at 2 am with a sinus headache...been on the couch ever since dozing...finally getting up and getting some more meds and coffee.

today's plan is hopefully getting some decorating done....just a cozy day with xmas movies to get in the spirit!

We stayed home.. I did a little online shopping yesterday... I think as a family we have made a decision to vacation next year for Christmas instead of worrying about gifts.. the kids said they get what they need and some times the extras whenever they need it so why not do something fun since they are getting older... DH and I thought that was a great idea... We will see how it goes!!!

DsS21 will be over in a while so I need to start the ham he requested earlier this week through my DS16.. We have some goodies to send back to school with him...

Today:


watching some games
maybe some movies
all the boys will bring down all the Christmas totes
DD and I will go through them and
1. reorganize
2. pull the items she wants to decorate her dorm with
Hope to get the boys to put the tree up later tonight (decorate tomorrow)
Start decorating a few of the rooms
Decided on decorations for porch
start making goodies for here and for DD to take to school

I didn't go out early, but I should have. Woke up at 3:00 and couldn't get back to sleep. We did go out around 10:00 am. Got a few things, the little kids are done, and picked up a couple things Morgan needs for Nature's Classroom this week. We went and saw Hotel Transylvania after lunch, it was cute.

I think DH is going out to get one last thing (a big gift, she won't get much for the next year!).

Got a good picture yesterday for Christmas cards. I think it's time to look into Swiss boarding schools, my 'little girl' doesn't look so little anymore

Jen I'm so not ready for these "kids" to grow up! I'm hoping to get pics tomorrow in the snow! I know I'm nuts.

Laundry done for the boys (well it's in the washer)
Mines brought down
I did manage a 90 min nap but I think I made it worse I'm dragging so bad
boys are eating and they need to start the dishwasher
scrap stuff is all away
I need to do some major sorting this weekend piles are everywhere when I did a clean up. I need a course in speed scrapping to clean them all up.
