Hi everyone,
Been pretty choked up and haven't been to keep myself together. I'm so sorry for posting this because I know we have children who are also going through a really rough time to, and I feel like I'm shadowing what they're going through-but...I have to let it out.

After not seeing my dad for years, after my parents had a bad divorce, I was contacted by him just 6 weeks ago when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. At the age of 59 he's just passed away of very rapidly growing brain tumor(my mother was also diagnosed with a brain tumor 4 years ago). The most amazing man I have ever known.

The last time I saw him(a month ago). My fiance carried him to the top of this very small hill so we could take a picture together. I miss him so much.

Please don't ever be sorry for posting here. We are all here for you, even just to listen.

I am very sorry on the passing of your father. That is far too young IMHO to pass. Not that there is a good age of course, but under 60 just is.

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Never hesitate to post :grouphug::flower3:

DisneyFairytale, I'm so sorry for the loss of your father.
What a beautiful photo/memory you have of you two together.
I hope you can find some peace.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers~

 So sorry to hear of the loss of your dad

Sending you prayers for peace and comfort

What a beautiful picture of you and your dad.

I'm really sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. Have definitely been felt and have helped. Much love to you everyone.

Hope you continue to do better each day.. it is so difficult to experience the loss of a parent.. hugs to you.

Hello.
I found this after reading a post of yours in someone else's thread.
I'm so glad you were able to do this with your father before he left.

All my best to your mother; may she continue to win her fight!

Thank you so much. She would never give up on life. She's always been a fighter and continues to be now. She's been diagnosed with MS for years now, so as she shows up with new symptoms, its difficult to see which ones are the tumor related vs her MS, but our family is very close and we're doing well.
Thank you so much for all your prayers. They have definitely been felt.
