D23s Exclusive Member Preview of Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives

Just wondering if anyone has seen the info on the D23 museum preview... I am wondering if there is anything I'm missing about the event. $68 seems like a lot of money when the price is so much cheaper to go once the exhibit opens. Thanks!

I am guessing it is because you get to set he exhibit crowd free, plus there is a reception? These things always sound like not much when described and then are much more than expected when you go.

yeah $68 sounds ridiculous. I was at the regan library last year and it was pretty reasonable to get in. Is there a reception? free food maybe? if not, i really don't see the point to this event

This special preview begins at 4:30 p.m. when attendees will have the opportunity to explore Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives—open just for event guests—as well as the rest of the stunning museum. At 6:00 p.m. the Air Force One Pavilion will open, and you will be able explore the legendary aircraft, which carried seven United States Presidents from 1973-2001. Scrumptious hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served. There will be a no-host bar with complimentary coffee, lemonade, and water. The exhibit will remain open to explore until 10 p.m., and each guest will receive a commemorative pin celebrating the exhibit.
