I just watched some more of the videos they put up (internet was down yesterday - I'm okay, I made it through, but it was touch and go for a little while)

Anyway, just wanted to say again thank you so much to the team for the excellent coverage. The videos made me so excited, being there must have been mind blowing. What a great time to be a Disney fan!

And dog gone you Michael, I love listening to you so much that now I'm going to have to start listening to the DLR show! I wasn't going to start that show yet cause I'm a few years down the road to a trip to DL. And I know I won't be able to help myself and I'll start planning that trip! Disney Visa will have to pay you a commission, I guess!!

i had little interest in DL until I listened to an old show from about 2013 and the WDW team talked a lot about DL and I got interested, then I listened to an episode of the DL podcast (it was a "why DL is better than WDW" show) and I'll be honest, I hated it. There was a bit of tension during the show and I can't remember who it was because I can't pick the voices yet, but one of the ladies kept talking and arguing over everyone else and I turned it off it irritates me that much.
It wasn't until the 7in7+ was announced that I then went and saw michaels DL at 60 shows and LOVED them. So now, after those and the 7in7+ shows, I want to tack 3 or 4 days into the end of my late sept to early oct 2016 trip to see DL.
Go and listen to michaels shows about disneyland history, they're mesmerizing.

D23 has definitely stepped up their game from the previous events that were just "blah" and seemingly uncoordinated. To me, this year was a culmination of perfect timing, celebrity's schedules possibly being serendipitous, and the multiple films being completed enough to have great clips to appease an audience that was foaming at the mouth just exuded an energy that was surprising. Harrison Ford getting choked up at the support and love being shown was very inspiring. What a great moment.
