D23 membership

not really sure this is the right place to ask, but has anyone ordered a d23 membership as a gift? it requires you to put who it is from and i just want to make sure that on the actual membership paper it will only have my ds's name on it and not say from me.

I bought my daughter a D23 membership as a gift and her member card and certificate only have her name on them.
