D23 frustration..... Dont know where to post

So,
I was really excited about the upcoming events for D23, especially the studio tour. The event you could register for today at 11:00am. I was on my computer at 10:30 refreshing the page almost every minute. The link became available at 10:56 and I was on it and filled out the stuff super fast (even had stuff prefilled on Word)... However, both dates were full. I am so PISSED. Now, I am on some stupid waiting list. I emailed D23 and Guest Services.

I actually want to cancel my membership if this is how crazy events will be. Just wanted to vent/post my dissapointment with this system.....

Hi. You are not alone. If you go to the "Disneyland" forum, there is a thread about this that I started.

I am not even on a waiting list. One person said they did get an email because they were on the waiting list that there were suddenly more openings but they weren't fast enough in their response. The message now says that they are going to plan more events, which is what they should have anticipated.

I am most mad at the fact that I can't buy the exclusive D23 pins. I have to wait weeks for that. They didn't make it so that people were limited to how many they can purchase so people with more money buy more D23 and sell them for triple the price on Ebay.

They are all for sale again!! They decided to make more. Sucks to be the people who bought them on Ebay.....

Just wait...I have faith, faith that Disney corporate will screw this up the same way they screwed up the Magic Kingdom Club.

I have just bought my membership and have now twice sent emails letting them know it won't let me log in. All it keeps saying is that the system is down. So feeling the pain. Anyone know what the free gift is for membership? Haven't gotten my stuff in the mail yet.

Where do you find out about these things??.....I have been a member since day one and have not heard of any tours.....where am I gonig wrong??
