That's great I knew they would throw more stuff at fans as the club evolved. I think that it's a really cool gift (no pun). I love nostalgic things from Disney's early years

This is one of the reasons we bought the D23! Not to get free gifts, but we love all the history and nostalgia associated with Disney! I will be anxiously awaiting our new issue and fan in the mail...hopefully soon! I totally enjoyed the first issue and read every article thoroughly!

I believe your subscription would start with the current magazine issue, but I know you can order the 1st magazine by its self.

I thought the gift that came with this issue was a great surprise! I was disappointed in the litho, but this little reproduction souvenir fan made up for it.

If you go back and look at the history of the litho you will see the significance of it, and how it fits into D23 overall.

Yes, I understand that. It's just a large item, and not the sort of thing I'd feel comfortable displaying in my home. Glad others enjoyed it though!
