It's official - Next DIS Meet has to be animal friendly!!!

I know Jasmine would love to play w/ other canines and she also loves cats(not sure about the mice though).
I've got a GREAT idea. Next DIS Meet at Kathy's and we all bring our animals! I sure she would LOVE that. Or better yet Robin and David are remodeling -let's invade their house.

All animals welcome AS LONG AS THEY'RE STUFFED!!!!!! I am not a doggie person, David is alergic to cats, and rats... ewwww!!! (We've had a problem with rats in our attic.) So sorry all of you animal lovers, I know they're part of your families but I just don't get it.

Mimi's is a great idea. There is one in southwest Fort Worth .

There is actually a Mimi's out in front of the Target/World Market shopping center in Grapevine along 114. That one would be slightly closer for me compared to Lewisville, and it's in our "usual" meeting area.

But hey!!!! I know!! There is a Mimi's right across the street from Disneyland . I ate there last month, and I think it might even be the original in the Mimi's chain. Want to meet there ??

Let's do this meet sometime after the weekend of August 12th. I'm booked up through then. I vote for the 114 Mimi's.

That sounds terrific . 2:30 - 3 o'clockish is usually a good time to avoid both the lunch and the dinner crowds. It's nice to do that so that we don't have trouble getting space for 10-20 people.

I would love to get back to Texas again someday - sure did have a good time when I was there last year - but I'll have to wait and sign up for a meet in 2007 - somehow I have filled up my calendar with lots of trips for the rest of this year!
