Hi all...

I am about to reserve a 3 bedroom at this resort. Just looking for any input on your experiences (good or bad) before I commit.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Jason

We stayed in a 2 bedroom for 1 night before checking into OKW and we LOVED Cypress Pointe Grande Villas.it was very close to DW and the room was beautiful.our room looked just like the rooms they show on their website.we had a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom with a pullout sofa in the living room.the master bath was huge with a jacuzzi tu.the kitchen was big and the screened in porch was very nice.we will definetly stay there again.

Jason If you'd like to send me your email I'd be more than happy to send you some pics of CP Grande Villas that we took 3 weeks ago. We have stayed there (family are owners there) for the past 9 years and love it! Any questions I can help you out with....just holler!:)

I think you will love CGV! I stayed in the one bedroom which is the lock out to the two bedroom. The three bedroom is huge!!! The grounds are lovely and everything is very convenient. there is a brand new Winn Dixie nextdoor.

Another quick question....I have seen thte term lockout used on these type of units...

What does that refer to?

From what I can gather it means that the three bedroom unit can be used as either a three bedroom or one of the bedrooms can be "locked out" to give you two totaly independant units - a one bedroom and a two bedroom.

What is the price of the 2 bedroom condo? It sounds nice! Is there a web site?

Thanks,
LDB

Price depends where you look. I would try hotelkindom.com or hotelmartusa.com. Those are the two places that I had seen the best rates. Also, I did notice that they are listed in the Entertainment book as well, but not sure what the rate is.

I won CPGV on sky auction. I paid $242.00 for a one bedroom for the week in Nov.

Total, or that was the bid?

Total! :)
There are lots of nice timeshares on that site to bid on. Sometimes there isn't even anyone bidding against you. You will always pay $195.00 plus a $15.00 fee, then your bid. I bid $32.00 to get the $242.00. You don't have to go to any sales meetings, you are basically renting someones unit.

Does anyone know the web site for Cypress Pointe Grand Villas? What about sky auction--what is their web site?

Thanks,
Leslie

:bounce: So, is everyone in agreement that Cypress Pointe is a great place to stay?? Cindy, thanks again for the pics. I will check out the web sites as well. How far is it from Disney?

Thanks,
Leslie

You're very welcome Leslie!:D

Cypress Pointe is about a 1 mile drive to Hotel Blvd. and the entrance gates to WDW!:)

Cypress Pointe is awesome - will be there in 2 weeks! Yes! (Stayed there 4 years ago and loved it)
