You can literally walk to Downtown Disney (1 mile) if you want. All pedestrian friendly - unheard of in most of Orlando.

Best location for access to all parks - not just Disney parks - in all of Orlando. None are more than 15 min away max - most less with easy back route access not requiring the I4 / expressway nightmares.

I'm staying at the Cypress Pointe Grand Villas the w/o 11/7. I'll probably post my observations in the review section when I get back.
