Cycling question

I have a question for the Podcast crew or the rest of the Disboards gang. Does anyone know if they have any cycling (bicycling) events at WDW? I know they have quite a few running events.

None that I'm aware of. Anyone know for sure?

They have the muddy buddy and have had triathlons but no cycling only events. Other than a short time trial I don't think there is room on property for a proper cycling event like a century.

Ive not heard of any but would be the first to jump in that ride! I think Disney would have room with the amount of roads on property but the last thing they want to do is increase liability and decrease traffic flow by closing lanes off.
