I'm wondering how long it takes to charge the battery internally?
I'd like to have a back-up battery and am wondering if I need to get the external charger or if I can just charge one battery internally and then swap it out and charge the other one? Will the charge hold very long if it's not in the camera?
The battery is one reason why I'm leary about getting this camera. My last camera was a Canon and it took AA batteries. On more than one occasion I had to swap out my rechargeables for standard AAs. It was nice to be able to just pick up something that would work at the grocery store when I was in a real pinch.
