I just got back from CVS and the sign that was next to the tampons said you would get back $1 ECB even though the booklet said you would get back $1.49 in ECB.

do stores get to choose the price they want or is it because I live in NOVA?

There's a store near me where everything is at least 20 cents to 90 cents higher (on regular price items). I asked a manager why and he said it was because it was in an urban area, so there must be a magic price line between urban and suburban.

That's cute about your daughter, she's a CVSer in training.

What's the limit on the cleansing towelettes? I bought 2(got ECBs) and it doesn't say "offer limit reached" so I wondered how many I can get?

Couldn't find the tampons at all. Smallest was a 10 pack for something like $2.99.

just got back from cvs - found the cvs toweletts bought two - used my 3.00crt and got back the 5.98 ecb - also found more of the coppertone sticks - but they had alot left so i'll go back on friday or saturday because i want the ecb's to expire in August sometime.

I lurk pretty regularly here, and I just wanted to say a big THANKS to all of you that share your CVS finds and knowledge with the rest of us. Because of you, I get these great deals I would never find myself and I absolutely love it! This week, I have been using overage after coupons on the Bic Soleil to get Kashi bars. I've stocked up big time on clearance cold medicine. Now I read about facial cloths!! You all are awesome.

Yes, its all about zip code.

Same thing happens in grocery stores and mass merchandisers.

If possible, it definitely pays to shop where real estate is less expensive.

I was just at CVS – on Tuesday when I purchased the face wipes, it gave me $2.99ECB. Today, I purchased 2 packs of the wipes, it only gave me $2.00 ($1.00ecb per pack). I’m wondering if this wasn’t corrected in their system?

Sadly, people are reporting that it's been corrected. I was worried this was going to happen, I'm so glad I got my last 3 packages last night But it's still free after the coupon and they're pretty good products. I'd say it's still worth getting.
