cuts? changes? clue me in?

Ok people. I have not visited this web site since late summer, because I had my third child and thoughts of WDW were far from my mind. Now I log on to find so much discussion and disgruntled people over changes/cuts made at WDW. Will someone please let me in on the scoop?
