I had sent an email to WDW on 4/16 regarding an experience we encountered at Typhoon Lagoon. It had to do with surfing lessons and having to leave the park and re-enter.

I acutally received a phone call tonight, from a very kind CM. She should train folks in customer service. She was great. Will anything change? I don't know but she sure made me feel better by the way she handled the concern.

I just wanted to post a positive experience since sometimes we never hear about those.
