each year we do a photo, with each kid holding a wooden letter, D-A-D.

I got the letters at walmart for about a dollar a piece. I only wish I had started earlier, when they were younger.

Same here. First time I gave him one, my husband was just amazed that he and other family members were actually in a book. He is over the surprise now, but is very happy to have books every year with his favorite photos. My daughter has been scanning old family photos, so now we have lots of new things to create story books.
