Custom Disign Request for Body Builder

I was wondering if somone could help me make a shirt for my dad. Our trip is next month and he will only get to come 1 day. He is a body builder with very big arm muscles. I thought a custom disign would be cute with a caption like "these guns don't need a permit." I just don't know of a character that would match. My back up plan is Princess Protection with Mickey in the glasses. I am up for any suggestions. Thank you for your consideration!
