Custom Cake Decorator WDW area?

Hey, does anyone know of a local custom cake place around WDW that can make a birthday cake? I've talked with WDW, and they can only make more standard cakes, and I'm looking for something customized. I'm also not looking for a store bought (aka Publix) cake. I know that stores, especially Publix can make a FANTASTIC cake, but they do not have a pattern for what I need. There has to be local people close to WDW that makes cakes? Thanks!

If you go to the restaurant board, there is a cake chatter thread. You can get info on custom cakes there. Many of the restaurants at the deluxe resorts make custom cakes. AKL did one for us.
