Curves 2nd Month results and...I won!

I have not been around a lot lately, as some of you may know I started back at college for the 1st time in 10 years, plus my kids have sooo much going on that my WISH time has been cut in half!

Well, I went to Curves today for my 2 month check in, I lost an additional 5.75 inches and 8.2 lbs, bringing my Curves total to 19.25 inches and 17.8 lbs. Also, I lost the most inches/weight for the month of August at my Curves, so I am an "Elite" member, my picture is posted with my losses and I got a cool t-shirt too!

All that being said, I have been having a hard time keeping on Atkins the last couple weeks and fitting any exercise into my days as well. I am trying to renew my momentum and energy in it all, I just need to get a little more time in my days!

So, if you don't see me too often, know that I am out here doing my best and checking in whenever possible!
 
Congratulations! You are a winner! I have far less to do and have trouble fitting in exercise! I am proud of you, Mom2!

Sounds like the old priorities list is ready to be updated with your new schedule! Do the best you can do, but remember routine exercise, if only 15-30 mins, will give you more energy! you already know that, I'm talking to a pro, right!

PD for your renewal to your healthy eating plan, I totally understand that. been there, done that. The halloween mini-goal was just the right timing for me to do the same thing. Just do your best now and when you're ready to kick it back up, you will.

Good luck with school, I didn't realize, or forgot! i'm pretty forgetful, just ask my oldest DD...........what's her name:rolleyes:
 

Fantastic accomplishment! Just think how much less weight you are carrying around on your hectic days! You will find a way to juggle everything - give yourself a little adjustment time.

Don't forget to have emergency low-carb snacks with you, just in case you don't have time to eat right. You're doing just fine!!
