Curtain rods?

This is a super random question, but does anybody know if there are curtain rods in the living room and/or bedroom areas of the apartments? I'd love to hang up these cute pink curtains I found at Target, haha :]

They didn't have any in my apt. Just those regular metal blinds.

no curtain rods and "technically" you are not allowed to hang curtains, because it's a fire hazard. Many CP's get tension rods and hang them anyways though, and just take them down for inspection.

Looking at my living room window, I have no idea how you'd do a tension rod if you want to open the blinds ever. There's no gap to put it
