Currently at GF and just received an update letter

“WDW resorts will remain open until further notice to give our guests the ability to make travel arrangements. WDW will work with guests to change their plans, including processing refunds for early departures during closure period.”

”Any unexpired multi-day theme park tickets with unused days or date-specific tickets with a valid use period btw 3/12/2020-3/31/2020, will automatically be extended to use on any date through 12/15/2020. If you are unable to visit by then, you may apply the value towards a ticket for a future date.”

In other words, the party’s over. Why don’t they just specify a date you need to leave by then?

They are saying that we could stay until the end of our original reservation, but we are leaving a couple days early.

I’m at SSR right now and got the same one. Due to move to OKW tomorrow. The place is so quiet just now that it actually feels like it’s a good place to social distance. This just sucks though, being in the happiest place on earth where you are supposed to block out the outside world and the outside world doesn’t care.

I honestly wasn’t upset by this letter. I was excited that my unused tickets will roll over to any date until the end of the year. I feel like the CMs are really trying hard to accommodate everyone.
