Current WDW offers for on-site DVC tours?

I just received an offer through Chase Disney Visa for a $40 GC if I do a 'phone tour'. We are going down this Christmas/New Year week. According to another guest last year, they offered a $50 GC for each person (so 2 per couple). We had limited time, so passed.

Since we are planning on doing the tour in person and I can only take advantage of an offer once every 90 days, I wanted to find the best offer going. Does anyone know what the current offers are at WDW for doing the DVC tour?
