Current resort capacity?

Hi all--Does anyone know what capacity the resorts are running at? I was looking at our week in June and was shocked that almost none of the hotels has any availability. But when I went in January, I remember the YC manager telling me they weren't even up to half-way open. Is room availability the same as park capacity? (And yes, I'm being nervous about June crowds )

It's hard to know and Disney will not directly release that into. January does tend to be quieter, so perhaps the manager meant they were not full, not that they were limiting rooms. Might they have also been commenting on the Beach Club half of the resort still being closed?
