Current incentives?

I saw on the DVC site that properties currently selling are Saratoga Springs, Animal Kingdom Villas and Bay Lake Tower (Aulani just doesn't seem the right fit for us...)

Has anyone talked to a rep recently to know if there are any incentives for any of those 3? I think I read somewhere that there weren't anymore for BLT, but was just wondering if that was true.

Is there a place/site that tells what the asking price is for DVC resorts when purchasing direct from Disney?

Thanks I knew there was probably a place to find it, but I have a tendency to "go down the rabbit hole" when looking at Disney info!
